Lejligheden indeholder følgende:

Entre, kombineret stue/spisestue, køkken, kombineret toilet/badeværelse. 2 x soveværelser med dobbeltsenge (140 x 200 cm).

Derudover har lejligheden følgende faciliteter:

Wifi, Tv UDEN programpakke men med Apple TV - Kombi vaskemaskine/tørretumbler samt opvaskemaskine.

Lejligheden er beliggende på 2. sal i ejendom uden elevator.

Vi er ofte meget fleksible for tidligere check-in eller i det mindste at stille bagagen fra kl. 10:30, hvis det er muligt på dagen, afhængigt hvad tid den foregående gæst rejser.

Østerbro er et meget pænt kvarter, der er kendt for sine shoppemuligheder, gode caféer og mange specialbutikker. Den store park Fælledparken ligger i nærheden og er årligt et samlingssted for folkefester og byens Pinsekarneval.
I Parken Stadion kan man i ny og næ nyde koncerter, når der ikke er både national og international fodbold på plakaten, og i gåafstand fra lejligheden finder man friluftsbad, strandpark og Svanemøllen togstation.
