A very nice apartment in the heart of Copenhagen.
5 minuts walk to Strøget, and 4 minuts walk to the
royal palace.
The service was very good and we had everything that we
needed in the apartment, thank you very much.

As frequent travellers, when on holidays we look for more than the usual tourist experience and try to stay in unique properties which offer us insights into life as a 'local'. With three small children, space and convenience are also important! This apartment suited our needs perfectly - spacious, well appointed and located in an atmospheric old building a short bus ride from the main tourist attractions. We loved the local parks and exploring the gorgeous streetscapes. The service provided by Apartments in Copenhagen was excellent. Many thanks to both Jan and the apartment owner, who went beyond the call of duty to help us with a couple of mishaps we had during our stay.

We had the most wonderful week in Copenhagen, in large part due to staying in this great apartment. It provided the most centrally and convenient 'home from home' for two adults and two children (boys, ages 8 and 5). The accomodation was simply perfect and beautifully presented ... we really wanted to keep it a 'secret' but it's just too good not to share with like minded folk!

Very spacious and comfortable living room, incredibly well-equipped kitchen with comfortable dining area, and a nice big bedroom. Who could ask for more? There were even vases for flowers we bought at the neighboring supermarket! The location is hard to beat. Walk out, turn right, left on Borgergade when you reach the Chinese restaurant (good dim sum) and you'll find a cosmetologist, sushi place, and a little further on, Tranquebar, a great travel bookshop which also sells Fair Trade products and makes great coffee. Keep going that way and you'll hit Gothersgade, where a turn to the left will take you to Nyhaven, with its cafes, harbor tours, and lively boutiques.
Also on Borgergade, but to the right, you can find a well-stocked Irma, if you're keeping house, and lots of other restaurants. There are more restaurants, too...the trendy Madklubben and Koefed's are right nearby.
If you're in the mood for a stroll past trendy boutiques and to the main shopping area, turn left when you exit the building and then right ---it's all ahead of you. Great place for a stay in the city.

The upstairs apartment was spacious, airy and fully stocked with kitchen utensils/pans/dishes. We easily walked to bus or metro stops. A grocery store was nearby as well as a Thai restaurant. In all, the five of us enjoyed our stay at the quiet apartment very much.
