My wife and me have had an excellent week at this address. The appartment is exactly as described and VERY QUIET, no noises and it's very good situation. Jan was present at our arrival, thank you to him. we've discover this town and it was very nice. We'll recommend this address to all our friends in France. Three great addresses for eating : for breakfast bakery EMMERYS Store Strandstraede 21, Havfruen restaurant near 31F and the trattoria FIAT on KongensNytorv for marvellous pastas.

This was a beautiful property, in an amazing location! It was my home for 2.5 months and I could not have asked for more.

i have stayed in this apartment twice now, both times for a week in the month of October. It is set in a very quite courtyard and is on the first floor of the building. The apartment is exactly like the photos, and actually bigger than it looks. As October can be cold the apartment is centrally heated and nice and warm. everything is here, washing machine/dryer and a well equipped kitchen. There are also many restaurants in and around the Nyhavn if you dont feel like cooking. If you like Japanese food, then Damindra restaurant is a must, let Damindra order for you...amazing. It is only a short walk to the Metro, so it's easy to get to the conference venue at Forum and much better than staying in those small hotel rooms close near the venue. Jan has been a pleasure to deal with, and renting this apartment was a breeze, and i have no problem highly recommending him and his company. Gary F, Auckland,New Zealand.

The apartment is great, a lovely open space with (curtainless) windows overlooking the inner courtyard. There are quite a lot of personal belongings from the owner in the apartment, but that only adds a certain homelineness.

My only point of criticism is thatthe rental agency gave me bedding for only one of the two beds that comprise the double bed (plus one double bed fitted sheet). I also received 2 small towels for my 3 day stay. It would have been muchmore pleasant to have proper quality bedding and towels, especially if you basically only shower and sleep in the apartment.

It is perfectly situated in the Nyhavn area, with more than enough restaurants and cafes close by. The public transport connections are also great. All in all, a refreshing alternative to staying in a hotel.

We have had three wonderful days in Copenhagen, thanks to the weather and the perfect spot. We felt at home.

Quiet and spacious (although one bedroom) and Nyhavn is a very nice area to stay: beautiful shops, delicious bakerys etc. Close/on perfect walking distance to the waterfront and the city center.

Excellent arrangement for the independent traveller. Ideal location, but we had difficulty finding our apartment as we arrived late at night and obtained the key from an adjacent restaurant. Contact with Jan was helpful via our mobile phone and wifi in the apartment also helped with communication. The furnishings are A1 and we appreciated the B&O sound system. This flat has a high standard and is placed in the middle of Nyhavn - a central and very nice area of Copenhagen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the flat.

I have had the pleasure of staying at the Nyhavn apartment for a month at a time, on four different occasions. Each time I have stayed, someone has always met me with a key and the apartment has been spotless.

The apartment is situated on Nyhavn, the famous harbor street in Copenhagen.
Don't worry about the noise, however. You do enter the apartment on the street of Nyhavn but the actual apartment is probably a half of a city block from the door in a private courtyard. Besides, the beautiful harbor, boats and restaurants right outside, you will be within walking distance from the famous shopping street, Magasin (the department store), Kongs Nytorv, a grocery store (Netto or Magasin), countless restaurants, bars and ATMs.

The apartment itself is bigger than most with a huge living/dining room and wonderful kitchen (with great pots and pans). There is also a washer/dryer and a large shower with great water pressure. The bedroom is simple and comfortable and has plenty of storage space. There is a sweet little porch where you can enjoy coffee in the mornings and look over the cobblestone pavement. (Just ask for an outdoor chair).

If you are looking for a home away from home in beautiful Copenhagen, this is the spot. You could not find a better or more comfortable location.

We have rented this lovely Nyhavn apartment several times over the past two years, for a week at a time, and found it be a wonderful addition to our enjoyment of the delightful city of Copenhagen.

The apartment is stylish, comfortable, well maintained and well equipped. The area in which the apartment is situated is in the heart of one of Copenhagen's most social sectors and one that every visitor to the city will want to experience. At the same time, it's quiet courtyard location, just off the main promenade of Nyhavn, ensures that your time there is absolutely peaceful.

Restaurants, shopping, museums, theatres and other places of interest are immediately accessible, often within walking distance - and the Metro station is a few minutes walk from the door, and connects seamlessly to the airport. Boat rides around the canals are headquartered right outside the apartment complex.

The owner and the local agent are a pleasure to deal with and have been most helpful in dealing with any add-on requests.

We have loved our visits to Copenhagen and they have been enhanced by the opportunity to live as the locals do, in this well-designed tranquil space.
