Excelent location in the city centre, very close to the biggest shopping pedestrian street and several things to see and to do, although a quiet apartment to rest.
A single comment on the sofas which didn't look as cleaner as the rest of the apartment. Despite that being due to their light colour, I would reccomend a simple modification.
The booking process was really easy even with our chance of having our flight delayed. We enjoyed our stay and we will certainly recommend the site for other travelers.

This apartment has unbeatable location! It's tucked away from noisy streets/restaurants so it's peaceful and quiet inside (although a bit dark since the windows are facing into a small courtyard). TV didn't have many channels (I believe none in English) and was pretty tiny and old.
The manager met us in the apartment and explained everything and answered any questions we had which was a nice touch since this was our first visit to CPH.
Our biggest complaint - ensure there is toilet paper in the apartment on arrival, we really didn't need to go looking for it on the day of arrival in an unfamiliar city!

Couldn't imagine a better location for touring Copenhagen on foot. An apartment is a perfect way to accommodate a family, allowing for preparing some of our own meals.
I would suggest that spending a little money on some newer bedding and kitchen linens, along with a more detailed cleaning would go a long way to turning this into a luxury apartment. As it was, we were quite comfortable and it certainly satisfied all our needs on vacation. The process for booking and checking in with apartment in Copenhagen was very well managed.

I was traveling with my husband and some friends and I must say that we were nicely greeted upon our arrival. We arrived later than expected and this was not a problem. We felt really welcomed. I found that the apartment was larger that on the pictures on the website and this was a nice surprise. It is very centrally located in a quiet area. The only thing that I wish had been better is the equipement in the kitchen. I found it lacked pots and pans (there was no strainer for pastas) and I even found a dirty pan in one of the kitchen drawers, it was probably left there by previous guests, but this could have been noticed with proper inspection. I also noticed that the sofas, althought comfy, were stained (they are beige so everything shows) and some lightbulbs needed to be changed. These are minor problems, easy to fix. However, that did not spoil our stay. Overall, we enjoyed the apartment and would recommend it.

Great location, superb apartment. Would love to come back. Two small concerns: (1) while the bed is a double bed, I only received a bedsheet for a single bed, and (2) hi-fi/stereo facilities (a "ghetto blaster") and TV (very old and very small screen) were below the otherwise excellent standard of the apartment.
